When we receive your referral from your GP, we will register you on our system.
You will then receive an email and/or a text message with our first available appointment for you.
You can confirm or reject this appointment via the link included in the message.

If your problem relates to a fracture, long COVID, recent operation, or women’s health please speak to your GP.
A family or friend can refer you to the service if you are unable to do so. Please note that they will need to provide your name, date of birth, address and NHS number.
