The care was amazing! Seeing 3 staff in 1 appointment was great and the wait time between seeing them was very short or immediate. I felt better as I received information that I didn’t need surgery and I could ask questions which normally is impossible in other medical appointments. The exercises have already helped me.
I found the whole EASI class programme excellent. I got to ask lots of questions and it was nice being in a group with other people who had the same problems. Exercise has already helped my knee problem.
Appointment today. Physiotherapist was very good, very professional, and went through all of my options. I felt I had been given all the information to make a decision on what treatment would best fit me. I appreciated the time they took to explain all. I am very happy and thankful. A great service.
