We support our colleagues to be skilled to do their role and empowered to grow their career. Through our award-winning academy suite, we provide an inclusive environment for colleagues to learn new skills and access continuous professional development (CPD).
Lastly, we have several ways to develop colleagues including SLT Mentorship Programmes, Leadership Academy Programme, a CPD offering (blended approach). We support all colleagues with optional learning to meet their career aspirations and plans to introduce a performance management process. We map the latter to talent and skill development.
