Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Our workforce embraces diversity with a culture of inclusivity that puts wellbeing first and enables a colleague voice. Our colleagues will be supported to be their best.

We have a companywide Equity, Inclusion and Diversity (EDI) Committee. They have established an EDI Commitment and created our EDI Strategy. The groups’ primary goal is to promote equality, diversity and inclusivity in our workplace and in our patient offerings.

We firmly believe that by fostering an environment that respects and values individual differences, we can continue to build a more equitable workplace and more accessible patient services that benefit everyone.
