- View your exercise programmes
- Complete and submit your electronic health assessments
- Track your progress
NHS Login
You will sign in using your NHS login.
If you have not registered for the NHS app you can do this using your NHS number.
Your NHS number is a 10-digit number. You can get it from:
– any NHS letter or prescription
– your GP surgery
– online via the NHS ‘find you NHS number’ service.
