Our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) offers an exciting opportunity for you to gain exposure to the MSK field while supporting you along the way with training and support.
The Cora GDP is an 18-month-long development pathway, that provides you with 10% protected Continuing Professional Development (CPD) time.
You will attend a monthly face-to-face study day with an experienced clinician, where they share their expertise, skills and knowledge, and insights into the various topic/modules covered across the course.
To complement the face-to-face study day, there is also virtual learning available via our learning platform, as well as mentoring, and coaching from your line manager. This is in addition to the usual professional development, audit and supervision that all our clinicians benefit from.
If you have any questions, please contact the team by emailing [email protected]
