The Cora Health Academy is our enhanced learning and development suite – a place for all colleagues to discover, grow and thrive at Cora Health.
It provides:

Learning for all
As well as completing mandatory training, colleagues can explore a whole host of courses including wellbeing, equality and diversity, and leadership management to name a few.
Clinical education
Our clinical education is vital for the development of our colleagues, the Academy offers Graduate Development Programmes (GDP), advanced practitioner programmes, clinical inductions and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) days.
We offer all clinicians 5% protected time for their CPD. We are continuously evolving, and improving our offering based on colleagues and business needs.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) is important to our organisation and we want to educate our colleagues around specific subjects that are vitally important.
The Academy includes courses on subjects such as ‘Unconscious Bias in Practice’ and ‘The Uncomfortable Conversation’ – bringing to life the importance of how we apply principles to the way in which we work and behave with each other.
