Our Pain Rehabilitation Programme is designed to help you improve your quality of life whilst living with persistent pain. Our team includes clinical specialists in the field of pain management who may have a professional background from:

Our teams work collectively, with you to develop your skills in managing your symptoms.
What to expect at your appointment
We have 6, 12, and 18 hour Pain Rehabilitation Programmes. One of our pain management clinicians will identify the right programme for you and should discuss this with you before booking.
Each programme is typically attended by a maximum of 10 people, and includes a mix of physical and psychological therapies to support your well-being and your confidence and ability to do the things that matter most to you.

Research has shown that Pain Rehabilitation Programmes can improve physical functioning, emotional well-being and overall quality of life for many people with persistent pain.
