Self-referral for our services

Did you know that you can access many of our services without a referral from your GP?

If you’d like to ‘self-refer’, you can complete a musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment with our digital self-assessment tool PhysioNow.

A small number of our services are not available by self-referral. This includes many of those that specifically offer specialist pain management. Your GP should know whether these services are appropriate for you and can make a referral for you.

My GP has already referred me

When we receive your referral from your GP, we will register you on our system.

Depending on the service you’re referred to, we may provide a link to a digital self-assessment through PhysioNow. 

You will then receive an email and/or a text message with our first available appointment for you. 

You can confirm or reject this appointment via the link included in the message.
