Ellen joined Healthshare in 2014 and brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer for the diagnostic and surgical division at Cora Health.
A dynamic and results-driven leader, Ellen has held a number of senior positions, including service development manager, operations director and deputy COO before stepping into her current role.
Her career has been shaped by a strong commitment to operational excellence, patient-centred care, and innovative leadership.
Ellen has played a key role in driving organisational growth and improving service delivery, making a significant contribution to the diagnostic divisions ongoing success. She is recognised for building strong relationships with stakeholders and for fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development across the Senior Leadership Team.
Ellen has completed an MSc in Innovation, Leadership, and Management from the University of York. Alongside her operational responsibilities, she continues to champion learning and development within the organisation, reflecting her commitment to fostering a transparent, inclusive, and supportive working environment.
