When we receive your referral from your GP, we will register you on our system and provide a link to a digital self-assessment through PhysioNow.
You will then receive an email and/or a text message with our first available appointment for you.
You can confirm or reject this appointment via the link included in the message.
Self-referral for MSK services in South West Essex
This service supports patient self-referral via PhysioNow.
Complete a digital assessment for self-referralYou can self-refer to the service if you are over 16 years of age.
You must be registered with a GP in Basildon and Brentwood. If you are registered under a Thurrock GP you will need to be referred to your local physiotherapy provider by your GP.
A family or friend can refer you to the service if you are unable to do so. Please note that they will need to provide your name, date of birth, address and NHS number.
