The Mid and South Essex Community MSK & Pain Service is commissioned by NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). It is provided by Cora Health in partnership with Provide Community
The service can accept referrals for people:
- Aged 16 years and over
- Registered with a Mid and South Essex GP Practice
- Not registered with a GP Practice and living in Mid & South Essex
The service cannot accept referrals for people who:
- Are under 16 years of age
- Require care for non MSK/Pain conditions
- Have suffered acute trauma requiring emergency care
- Are being investigated for suspected cancer
- Have primary complex neurological presentations
