By car
From A5, exit towards A422. At the roundabout turn left onto Great Monks Street, go straight over the roundabout, turn left onto Gloucester Road, the centre is located on your left.
By public transport
The nearest bus stop is Gloucester Road and is 250m from the centre, bus 33A stops here. The nearest train station is Milton Keynes which is 2.6 miles from the centre.
On arrival information
Please check-in at the reception desk and then take a seat on the first floor, outside rooms 64 and 65. Your clinician will then come to collect you. Please do not sit in the downstairs waiting area.
Please note: Please do not use the self-check-in machines, as these are for GP appointments only.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.

If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
