By car
The entrance to the parking area is on Waters Meeting Rd, just off Blackburn Rd, sharing an entrance with McDonalds. Turn left as you enter to find parking for the Health Centre.
By public transport
Buses 534, 535 and 537 run along Blackburn Rd. Viola Street and Elmfield Street bus stops will put you within easy walking distance of the centre.
On arrival information
It is not necessary to check in with Reception. Please do not use the check-in screen. Please make your way to the back of the building, straight down the passage and take a seat in the waiting room at the end. You will be called at your appointment time.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.

If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
