Parking
There is limited free parking in the basement of the surgery with tight spaces. Access is from Bateman Str, down the ramp just before the surgery building. There is on-street Pay and Display parking on many roads around the surgery. Drivers with Blue Badges may park for free on the street with no time restrictions, and may park on single or double yellow lines for a maximum of 3 hours.

By car

Bateman Street is a one-way street going west and can only be accessed from Hills Rd.

There is bicycle parking in the basement parking area.

By public transport

There are a variety of buses that stop on Hills Rd, either at the Hills Rd stop or the Station Rd stop, which is a short walk to the surgery.

The main Cambridge Station is a 10-minute walk from the surgery.

On arrival information

Please report to Reception for guidance on where to wait. Please do not use the check-in screen. There are often two clinics running at the same time, and it is important that the Reception staff check which waiting area you should go to.

One room is located downstairs in the basement and the other is on the Ground floor. Once in the waiting area, a member of staff will call you at your appointment time.

Wheelchair users must enter from the basement and take the lift to the ground floor to Reception.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
