On arrival information
Report to reception at the ground floor entrance where they will be expecting you. They will sign post you to the physiotherapy suite which is located on the second floor. This can be accessed via the stairs or lifts that are available.
The physiotherapy suite is located to the left of the lifts as you exit which is signposted. There is a seating area to the right on entry to the department. A clinician will call you through at your appointment time.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
