By car
From Cowley follow Eastern By-Pass Road until you get to Littlemore Roundabout and take the 3rd exit onto Oxford Road/A4158. Take a left onto Ashurst Road, then take your 5th right turn onto Ashurst Way and venue is located on your right.
By public transport
The local bus is number 3. The bus stop is within 150m of the venue. The nearest train station is Oxford.
On arrival information
Please enter the leisure centre and go to reception where the therapist should be waiting for you, if not please ask for Cora Health at reception. You will have access to the gym and changing rooms, you may need to bring your own padlock.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
