On arrival information
Ravensbury Park Medical Centre is located on Ravensbury Lane, just off Morden Road. It is in the same building as the Riverside Cafe and Jhoots Pharmacy.
There is a car park at the side of the building.
Once you have arrived please report to the reception desk as you come in and take a seat. Your physiotherapist will come and get you at your appointment time. If you are waiting more than ten minutes past your appointment time please let one of the reception staff know.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
