There is a free patient car park for patients who hold a disabled badge, which is to the left-hand side of the building. To access, patients will be required to show their disabled badge at the barrier and park in the designated disabled spaces. Patients can then access the building at the back of the property, via a call bell. If unsuccessful, they can go to the right and up the side path, which will take them to the main reception. Paid parking is available with less than a five minute walk, behind the local shopping centre or behind “The Cricketers Pub”. There is also a bus stop which is directly outside the entrance of the building. The site is accessible with wide doors and corridors throughout.

By car

From the M2 Junction 4, follow the A278 Hoath Way towards Rainham, then continue via London Road (A2) onto High Street. The centre is located on the left-hand side.

By public transport

The centre is well served by local bus routes. Services 120, 121, 130, 132, 326 and 783 stop nearby.

The nearest bus stop is White Horse on High Street, approximately 25 metres from the entrance.
The nearest railway station is: Rainham (Kent) Railway Station.

The clinic can be reached from the station either by: a 7-minute walk or approximately a 3-minute taxi journey. The centre is around 0.3 miles from the station.

On arrival information

Please check in to reception for directions or head to the first floor waiting area using the stairs or lift on the left-hand side as you enter the building. Your clinician will collect you from this waiting area.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
