By road
The Pioneering Care Centre can be found on Carer’s Way, near the Cobblers Pub and Village Shops.
By public transport
To get to the centre by bus, the nearest bus stop is at Burnhill Way Garage via the Arriva number 7 service.
On arrival information
Upon entering the building, go to the reception desk and let them know that you are here for the Pain Management Service. You’ll be directed to the appropriate waiting area. We currently are hosting groups in the Brown room which is on the first floor, accessible by stairs or lift.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
