On arrival information
Our physiotherapy department is located on the first floor. Enter the building and walk through the door on the right into the GP waiting area. From here, go through the door in front of you and you will see stairs and the lift on your left. At the top of the stairs/lift please take a seat in the waiting area immediately in front of you.
You do not need to check in for your appointment and your physiotherapist will come to collect you and escort you through to the treatment room.
Please note: Please do not check in for your appointment at this reception or use the self check in machines and please do not wait in the downstairs waiting room, as these are for GP appointments only.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
