By car
Enter the Tesco parking area from Jubilee Way South, close to the intersection of Sawley Dr. The clinic will be visible on your left hand side, directly opposite the main entrance to Tesco.
By public transport
Bus 218 stops directly outside the Tesco centre, where Oak Tree Lane is situated.
On arrival information
Please report to Reception when you arrive, but please do not use the check-in screen. The waiting area is just inside the main doors. Take a seat once you have reported to Reception and you will be called at your appointment time.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
