By car
Access to Monkfield Medical Practice is from the Morrisons car park, on Back Lane.
By public transport
Bus no 4 stops at the Jeavons Lane bus stop, within easy walking distance of the centre.
There are bicycle stands to the left of the Sackville Way entrance.
On arrival information
Enter at either of the entrances (Sackville Way or shopping centre side). Please report to Reception for guidance on where to wait. Please do not use the check-in screen. Once in the waiting area, a member of staff will call you at your appointment time.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
