Planning your visit

By road

You can find us opposite of The Old Oak Pub. From Halifax Road, go past Black Bull Pub and, at the traffic lights, turn left onto Leeds Road. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left again onto Bradford Road. Follow for 500m then turn left onto Valley Road near the Pharmacy. Continue down this road and the centre is on your left.

By public transport

These Bus lines stop near WF15: 220, 229, 253, 254.​ The nearest stations to WF15 are: ​

• Halifax Rd Gray Street, Liversedge is 377 meters away – a 5-minute walk. ​
• Halifax Road Laverhills, Hightown is 668 meters away – a 9-minute walk. ​
• Halifax Road The Shears Ph, Liversedge is 703 meters away – a 10-minute walk.

On arrival information

The MSK service is based towards the back of the health centre. Entry to the building is via the main entrance at the front of the building. As you enter you will see the GP reception desk in front of you.

Opposite this, on the right-hand side as you enter the building, is a large check-in screen signposted ‘Cora Health MSK service’ at the free-standing, white and yellow check in screen.

Please check in using the screen and follow the instructions. You will need to head through some sliding doors and then left down the corridor through another door to a set of orange chairs where you can wait until called by the clinician you are seeing. The corridor and waiting area are well signposted.
