On arrival information
Please enter the main building, please do not go to Brentford Lodge as we are in the main Brentford Health Centre.
Once you have entered Brentford Health Centre please immediately turn left towards the doors – signposted above ‘Community Services’. Once through these doors there is a reception desk, please check in here. Please then take a seat in the waiting area and your counsellor will greet you from there for your session.
The therapy room is on the ground floor a short walk from the reception area.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
