By car
From M40, exit the motorway towards A422/A361. At the roundabout take the 1st exit, follow this road until you come to another roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Hennef way. You will then come to Concord Roundabout and take a left onto Concord Avenue.
Follow this road for 0.4 miles and at the roundabout take the 1st exit to continue following Concord Avenue. You will come to some traffic lights and take a right turn onto Bridge Street and the Medical Centre is on your right located on the corner.
By public transport
The bus station is around the corner from the Medical Centre, entrance is at the side of Debenhams. The nearest train station is located on Station Approach which is 0.2 miles from the Medical Centre.
On arrival information
We are on the first floor above the dental surgery. There is a lift available. Please speak with the reception team who will direct you to the appropriate waiting area.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
