With a multi-sector background, Becky has worked for over 20 years in human resources – across retail, utilities, higher education and care and support.
She led the full People Team at Hays Travel and before that at Northern Powergrid before joining the business in 2022, establishing clear people, talent, development and communication strategies and plans, which she now leads for Cora Health.
Becky completed her BA Hons degree and MSc masters in Human Resources Management and became a chartered Fellow of CIPD in January 2020.
Becky is passionate about working with business leaders to create the best possible experience for colleagues. At home, time is spent with her family making memories – often in the garden and out exploring with the dogs.
