Planning your visit
By road
From the M1, take the exit towards A638, then take the 3rd exit onto Wakefield Road/Dewsbury Road. Follow this road for 2.0 miles and you will see Black Swan Hotel on your right. At the next traffic lights, turn right onto Quebec Street. Keep left and follow the road until you merge into Ings Road/A638.
At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and follow until you see Central Tyre on your left-hand side. Take a left onto Grove Street and, at the junction, turn left onto Grove Road. Turn right onto Thornhill Street and Centre will be on your right-hand side.
By public transport
The nearest train station is Wakefield Westgate which is 0.6 mile from the centre.
On arrival information
Please do not book in at the GP surgery reception desks – go through the double doors, and the MSK clinic is located on the ground floor opposite the staircase entrance, next to the vending machine.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
