Planning your visit
By road
From the A1, exit the motorway towards A638/Wakefield. Follow this road for 2.6 miles (about 4 minutes). At the roundabout go left onto Field Lane. Follow this road for 1.3 miles and it will merge onto High Street.
Once you see South Elmsall train station, turn right onto Barnsley Road. Stay on this road for 1.1 miles (5 minutes). You will see on your left hand side a sign stating Langthwaite Business Park. Turn left and the Health Centre will be on your right-hand side.
By public transport
The nearest train station is Moorthorpe which is 0.6 mile from the Health Centre which is an 11-minute walk. Bus number 496 picks up at South Kirkby Green and drops off at the train station.

Enter the building and inform reception that you have arrived.
