By car
From A40, exit towards A415, at the traffic lights turn left onto Ducklington Lane, follow this road for 0.6 miles until you get to a roundabout and take the 1st exit onto Curbridge Road, at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Deer Park Road. Follow for 0.6 miles and turn right onto Valence Crescent, follow for 0.6 mile and turn right onto Edington Road. Turn right and it is located on your left.
By public transport
The closest bus stop is on Edington Road outside the entrance of Edington Square.
On arrival information
Clinic rooms are on the ground floor. Please check in at reception and take a seat in the waiting area and your clinician will come to collect you.
Our reception is to the right when entering the building and the waiting area is directly in front of you.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
