By car
From M1, exit towards A509, at the roundabout take a left. At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit onto Newport Road this will merge onto Fen Street, keep following this road going past the Lidl. At the traffic lights turn right onto Countess Way, centre is located on the corner.
By public transport
The nearest bus stop is located on Fen Street which is a 2 minute walk from the centre.
On arrival information
When attending the venue, you will need to enter through the dentist service “Smiles” and not through the GP Practice at the same location
Please check-in at the reception desk, you will then be invited to take a seat in the waiting area. When your clinician is ready they will come and collect you from the waiting area and escort you through to the treatment room.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
