Important information
Please park your car close to our mobile unit and report to the unit to let them know you have arrived. Once reported, wait in your car and a member of staff will collect you for your appointment.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
