Planning your visit
By road
The venue is located in Darlington town centre, near to the Town Hall and Register Office. The Town Hall bus station is also right beside the Dolphin Centre.
By public transport
The nearest bus stops are located on Tubwell Row which is a 2-minute walk from the centre. The nearest railway station is Darlington which is a 9-minute walk away and is located on Parkgate.
On arrival information
Access to the Physiotherapy HUB is via the rear entrance of the Dolphin Centre on Houndgate road. This leads directly into our reception area. Please use the Check-In Screen and take a seat and await for your Physiotherapist to call you.
Enter the main entrance of the Dolphin Centre and go to the first floor via the stairs or lift. Head through the double doors and along the corridor towards the gym.
Enter the gym and wait at the reception gate, a member of the physiotherapy team or gym staff will let you through the gate where you can take a seat behind the reception desk and wait for your physiotherapist to call you.

If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
