On arrival information
The Hammersmith Surgery is past the Hammersmith Apollo as you are going towards the Hammersmith Bridge.
When you arrive at the surgery, please make your way upstairs and wait in the small waiting area at the top of the stairs.
Your physiotherapist will come out and call you at the time of your appointment. There is no need to check in at the reception downstairs as the staff there are for the GP surgery only.
Important information
If for any reason you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
