A clinician by background, Neil led community teams in the NHS and worked at a strategic level within Primary Care Trusts, before setting up Healthshare with Nick McGrath in 2009.
Neil helped develop the operational structure and the clinical service design across the business, and took a lead role in service procurement and commissioner relationships.
