On arrival information
Clinic appointments are in the main building.
Injection appointments are in a mobile injection unit in the building grounds.
Injection clinic: On arrival please can you park close to our mobile unit and report to the unit to let them know you have arrived. Once reported, wait in your car and a member of staff will collect you for your appointment. If you arrive by public transport please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible.
Consultant anaesthetist clinic: If you arrive by car, please stay in your vehicle, your clinician will call you and instruct you to enter the building and come to the top floor where you will be met for your appointment. If you arrive by public transport, try to arrive as close as possible to your appointment time. If you are significantly early or are unable to wait outside the building please enter, take the lift or stairs to the top floor and press the buzzer on the door marked Connect Health Pain Services, you will be able to sit in a small waiting area.
Important information
If you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call the service at least 48 hours prior to your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
Please help us to keep patient waiting times low and reduce NHS costs.
If you do not give us sufficient notice to cancel or change an appointment, we may have to discharge you from this service.
